Thank you very much, motet and miker,
I think my problem is rather related to my laptop, because it congelates frequently and I have to press Actualization every time it happens

I reinstalled Finale 27 and the problem continues.
I find no way to deselect hand grabber tool definetely.
I deselect the tool pressing Esc, as motet wrote, but after a few seconds is selected automatically


Is there a way to hide that tool?

Is the actual tool selected ("hand" icon) or does moving the mouse behave like the hand grabber? If the tool is selected, just press Esc. If not, then Finale thinks you're holding the right mouse button down, so just click the button and that should clear it. o move when Is deselected. Then the han...

Hand grabber tool appears all the time without asking for it while working on a score and my laptop is suspended.
Then I have to reinitiate all the time.

Use the Note mover's cross-staff tool to drag it back down, then you can delete it. But presumably you're replace the D-flat in that chord with a C#, and then Finale won't space the the diminished third correctly. You're probably better off starting over, and I would rethink the cross-staff notatio...

Start Speedy entry in the staff with the note you want to switch. Position the cursor directly over the note and press "9". It should change to the enharmonic. I'm on a Mac, but I think the key mapping is the same for this item.

I Would like to write Tenor Sax as the player reads it.
The Altos are ok, 3 sharps
But the Tenors should be with 2 sharps.
How could I get it?

Solved.
The route is:

Edit menu/Preferences/Reset all preferences

Shorcuts for Delete, Transpose and Undo don't work

Yesterday all that stopped working at the same time

I reinstalled Finale this morning but nothing changed

In other programs no problems
