Hand grabber tool

Hand grabber tool appears all the time without asking for it while working on a score and my laptop is suspended.
Then I have to reinitiate all the time.

Is the actual tool selected ("hand" icon) or does moving the mouse behave like the hand grabber? If the tool is selected, just press Esc. If not, then Finale thinks you're holding the right mouse button down, so just click the button and that should clear it.

Is deselected. Then the hand appears on the screen and the score begin to ove the mouse. Then I press Select or whatever other tool and finally I cannot write anything at all becomes the laptop is congeleted

Thank you motet, but finally I am reinstalling finale 27

I reinstalled Finale 27 and the problem continues.
I find no way to deselect hand grabber tool definetely.
I deselect the tool pressing Esc, as motet wrote, but after a few seconds is selected automatically


Is there a way to hide that tool?

Does it select it automatically without your typing anything, or when you press some key?

It's possible you've accidentally programmed some key to select the Hand Grabber tool. Pay attention to what causes it to happen. It's probably worth your while to experiment and see what's causing it, then we can address that.

I think my problem is rather related to my laptop, because it congelates frequently and I have to press Actualization every time it happens
