I Would like to write Tenor Sax as the player reads it.
The Altos are ok, 3 sharps
But the Tenors should be with 2 sharps.
How could I get it?

I appreciate your time and help

You score seems to be correct. The Transpositions in the ScoreManager are correct.
When Document -> Display in Concert Pitch is selected, all saxes have 3 sharps.
When Display in Concert Pitch is not selected, the number of sharps is correct : +3 for Eb instruments (altos and bari) +2 for Bb tenors.
You can enter the notes in the transposed version.
Do you want your concert score (Display in Concert Pitch selected) to have no sharps ? Change the key signature to C major. In the transposition, Eb instruments will have 3 sharps , Bb 2 sharps, as you describe.

I am afraid I do not understand.

In the Document menu you have selected
Display in Concert Pitch
which means that the Concert Key is 3 sharps.
* Is THAT the Concert Key you need?

If you de-select
Display in Concert Pitch
you will see the notes as the player reads them (= Transposed Key).
For the Altos the Transposed Key is 6 sharps.

I suspect that the Altos should be in a Transposed Key of 3 sharps (not in a Concert Key of 3 sharps).
Then, the Tenors will display a Transposed Key of 2 sharps.
And the Concert Key will be 0 sharps (which, I think, is the Concert Key you need).

* See the attached Finale document.
